2018 Partida Pedrer Rosat, Sara I Rene Viticultors

Perhaps the most distinctive rosé we have tasted for some time, this fascinating natural wine from Priorat has a smoky, leesy note, reminiscent of vintage Champagne, underscored by summer berry fruit, herbs and spices, and a mineral energy. This is a classy and complex rosé, so individual and remarkably fine...do give it a chance to breathe before serving. Drink 2021-2025+
2019 Il Rosato, Nervi

100% Nebbiolo and crafted by Barolo legend Giacomo Conterno, it isn’t surprising that that this complex rosé has impressed us for three straight vintages now. Dry and zesty, subtly floral with flavours of red berry fruit and an orangey tang of acidity, this characterful wine offers incredible value. Drink 2020-2022
2019 SOF Rosato, Tenuta Campo di Sasso

I recently retasted this and found it incredibly appealing...a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Franc, this Tuscan rosé is incredibly attractive: softly styled, with creamy red berry fruit and a subtle spicy note…this is a rounded, textural rosé, a bit fuller than most pale Provençal styles, with a bright acidity running through leading to a persistent finish. Drink 2021-2022
