The flavours are elegant and restrained yet beautifully defined. The textures are fluid and fresh. The finish is vibrant and displays a subtle persistence. This is a wine defined by mouth-watering freshness and seamless harmony.

The 2019 Nervi Il Rosato is spicy and remarkably fresh, mixing ripe melon and apple notes with hints of almond paste and savory herbs, which lends a seductive yet savory edge. It’s soothing upon entry with a twang of zesty acids and salty minerals, with more of a red fruit and almost-licorice quality, as a note of rosy florals slowly fades. This 100% Nebbiolo Rosato from northern Piedmont is impossible to resist.
