Believe it or not, it’s that time of the year again when we start to prepare for the rush of deliveries required before Christmas. Given our experience of deliveries this year, we are anticipating an uptick in volume over and above last year. Therefore, we wanted to send out an early note on our delivery deadlines for this year.
If you already know what you would like to have delivered from your reserve, please let us know. If you are yet to consider your requirements, please start to think about it, so that we can ensure your wines get to you in time. This year, more than any other, there will be a benefit in making requests early!
For addresses within the M25, we ask you to please make your requests for delivery by Wednesday 16th December at the very latest - the cut off for next day deliveries is 11:00am. For all national postcodes, please send any delivery requests by Monday 14th December. For national deliveries, the cut off for next day delivery varies depending on postcode. Please be aware that ‘highland and island’ deliveries will require more advance notice and are subject to quotation. Please note that our standard delivery charge of £9.95 inc. VAT covers deliveries of up to 10 cases.
We may be able to accept new delivery instructions beyond these cut offs, but we ask that delivery requests are made well in advance so that we can safely guarantee the delivery of your wines in the face of greater anticipated demand. Any delivery requests beyond our cut off dates will be subject to availability and confirmation.
