Richard O'Mahony joined the wine trade in 1994 and has worked in various sectors of the industry. In addition from his senior sales role at a major UK fine wine merchant, he was also formerly a Deputy Director in the wine department at Sotheby's.
Before his studies were happily interrupted by the arrival of twins, Richard had passed the tasting papers of the Masters of Wine Examination. As Commercial Director, Richard focuses on sales, advising private clients on their wine requirements and portfolios. He regularly visits négociants and producers in Burgundy and Bordeaux and produces annual vintage reports.
